Resep Perkedel | Perkedel Tahu Udang
1 piece of tofu, drained, mashed
75 g peeled shrimp, finely chopped
1 leek, thinly sliced
2 tbsp plain flour
1 egg yolk chicken
½ tsp pepper powder
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
150 ml boiled water
1 tablespoon lemon lime
3 tablespoons peanut, fried
2 pieces of red chilli
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
* Mix the tofu with shrimp, Duan onions and other ingredients until blended.
* Shape dough flat round.
* Fry in hot oil until golden brown and a lot.
* Remove and drain.
* Peanut sauce: Stir the ground spices with water and lemon juice until blended.
* Serve with Sambal Kacang meatball.
