Who prefer salty savory muffins are definitely happy with the contents of this cheese. Cheese topping crisp on the outside make these muffins taste more stable.

Material:
280 g wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
250 ml fresh milk
125 ml vegetable oil
100 g cheddar cheese, chopped
Topping:
100 g grated cheddar cheese

Method:

* Stir jasi one; flour, baking powder, sugar and salt until blended. Set aside.
* Combine eggs, milk and oil.
* Pour into flour mixture, stirring gently until blended.
* Pour batter into greased muffin.
* Bake in hot oven for 30 minutes.
* Remove and let cool.
