Resep Minuman| Es Cendol Cokelat
Cendol bored with green cendol try chocolate combined with sweetened condensed milk plus fragrant jackfruit. Served cold to break the fast ... fresh sweet!
Material:
150 g flour mung bean strach
10 g cocoa powder
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
600 ml water
Complement:
5 eyes of jackfruit, cut into small
100 ml sweetened condensed milk white
shaved ice
Method:
* Dissolve flour mung bean strach, chocolate and vanilla with water.
* Cook on low heat while stirring, stirring until thick. Lift.
* Pour into molds cendol, rubbing and cendol capacity in the container of cold water or ice water. Allow to cool and harden. Drain.
* Put cendol in serving glasses.
* Give complementary. Serve immediately.
