Resep Kue Bulan
Leather Material:
250 gr flour
130 ml syrup
60 ml peanut oil
1 tsp water ash

Syrup Ingredients:
1 kg granulated sugar
750 ml water
1 piece of lemon, take the water

Material Content:
500 g lotus seeds, boiled with water to taste and blend until smooth

350 gr sugar
2 tablespoons syrup
400 ml peanut oil
50 g walnuts
12 salted egg yolks

Method:

1. Syrup: Combine all ingredients, cook until thick, chill.
2. Skin: Mix the flour with the syrup, oil, water, ash, and knead until not sticky hands. Cover with damp towel. Rest 3 hours.
3. Contents: Heat the peanut oil with a little sugar, cooking so caramel, enter a lotus seed paste, water, ash, residual sugar, syrup and stir well. Pour peanut oil in small increments until well blended and can be formed, remove and let cool.

Resep Ayam | Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken
Ingredients

* 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
* 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
* 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 (3 pound) whole chicken
* 2 lemons
* 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Combine the seasoning, salt, mustard powder, garlic powder and black pepper; set aside. Rinse the chicken thoroughly, and remove the giblets. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons of the spice mixture inside the chicken. Rub the remaining mixture on the outside of the chicken.
3. Squeeze the juice of the 2 lemons into a small bowl or cup, and mix with the olive oil. Drizzle this oil/juice mixture over the chicken.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until juices run clear, basting several times with the remaining oil mixture.

Ingredients

* 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
* 1 carrot, chopped
* 1 head fresh broccoli, chopped
* 2 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
* 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
* 2/3 cup milk
* 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
* 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2. Steam carrots and broccoli in a covered pot for 3 minutes, until slightly tender but still firm.
3. In a large bowl, mix together carrots, broccoli, chicken, soup, milk, cheese, and salt. Spoon mixture into pastry-lined 9 inch pie pan and cover with top crust. Seal edges and cut steam vents in top.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until golden brown.

Material:
125 ml mango juice
15 g gelatine powder
100 ml cream cheese
150 ml plain yogurt
3 egg whites
50 g sugar
Garnishes:
Sliced mango

How to prepare:

* Stir the mango juice and gelatine until dissolved. Team until translucent. Set aside.
* Beat the egg whites and sugar until stiff.
* Add the yogurt and cream cheese. Beat well.
* Pour the gelatine solution, mix well.
* Pour into serving glasses.
* Store in refrigerator until cold.
* Serve with a garnish of mango Irsan.

Material:

1 teaspoon orange peel juice / grated lemon
100 ml cream cheese
150 ml plain yogurt

50 g sugar

Fresh Fruit

Method:

* Stir the guava juice and gelatine until dissolved. Team until translucent. Set aside.
* Beat the egg whites and sugar until stiff.
* Add the yogurt, cream cheese, and orange peel. Beat well.
* Pour the gelatine solution, mix well.
* Pour into serving glasses.
* Store in refrigerator until frozen.
* Serve with fresh fruit garnish.

Material:
500 g squid sero small size
Blend:
2 cloves garlic
1 whole red onion
¼ tsp pepper granules
1 teaspoon salt
Seasonings:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 red onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
2 pieces green chili, sliced thin oblique
5 pieces of red chillies, roughly sliced

Method:

* Remove the thin bone-like plastic squid, let the ink bag. Rinse thoroughly and drain.
* Place the squid on the following ground spices in a skillet.
* Cook over medium heat until all the water squirt out.

* Saute onion and garlic until wilted.

Confused because not able to cook a complete meal for the family? Complete rib soup that this could be the solution. Chops are tender, and vegetables make this soup complete is getting good.

Material:
1 liter of water
500 g beef rib meat, diced
1 tablespoon margarine
100 g onion, roughly sliced
1 tsp pepper powder
½ tsp nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon salt
250 g small potatoes, peeled, cut into two
2 tomatoes, chopped
100 g carrots, cut into pieces
1 leek, sliced

Method:

* Boil water, insert the beef ribs, a small fire.
* Cook beef ribs over low heat until meat is tender. Discard foam and dirt that is on its surface.
* Melt butter, saute onion until fragrant.
* Remove and insert it into the stew ribs.
* Add pepper, nutmeg, salt, potatoes, tomatoes and carrots.
* Cook until vegetables are tender.
* Remove, sprinkle with scallions.

If there's no time to cook. Try it if the chicken wings seasoned with this practical. Secured the kids loved it, too.

Material:
10 pieces chicken wings
1 clove garlic, grated
1 teaspoon salt
cooking oil
Seasoning, mix well:
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

Method:

* Clean the chicken wings. Cut the pointed end.
* Knead with garlic and salt until blended.
* Fry in hot oil until slightly dry. Drain.
* Marinate chicken with seasoning each wing.
* Put on a plate heat resistant. Bake in hot oven for 30 minutes.
* Remove and serve hot.
