Resep Ramadan | Chocolate Japonaise
Crispy-crunchy sweet cake with chocolate and almond flavor delicious. Lesan brown in the middle of getting a stronger chocolate flavor. One or two is guaranteed to less!
315 g egg whites
300 g sugar
275 g ground almonds
100 g sugar
25 g cocoa powder
500 g block of chocolate (melted)
600 g whipping cream
How to Make:
Beat the egg whites with 200 g (from 300 grgula sand).
Once inflated, add the remaining 100 grams of granulated sugar, beat until it becomes perfect.
Combine almonds, sugar and cocoa powder together then mix with egg whites and stir gently until well mixed.
